With CBI stepping in to investigate Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, the late actor’s father and sister have reportedly alleged ‘murder’ and not ‘abetment to suicide’ in their recent statement. On the other hand, Rhea Chakraborty denied all allegations leveled by Sushant Singh Rajput’s father in an affidavit she had filed yesterday, the actress also raised concern about Sushant’s case being blown out of proportion and that she was being made a scapegoat of political agendas. 

Supreme Court has announced its verdict with regards to the petition filed by Rhea Chakraborty wherein she requested the transfer of the FIR filed against her, from the Bihar Police to the Mumbai Police. After hearing arguments by Rhea’s lawyer, Sushant’s family lawyer, the counsel representing Maharashtra Govt and the Solicitor Genenral of India, the Supreme Court asked for brief written notes from all parties by Thursday. The judgement has been reserved and the next hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, August 13 as per Times Now’s latest report.

Bihar Police lacks jurisdiction in Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case, the Maharashtra government told the Supreme Court, while the late actor’s father claimed that Mumbai Police was not probing the matter in the right direction.

Bihar Govt too said that Mumbai cops saying ‘politics delayed F.I.R in the case’ in the court.
