He is a Computer Engineer, an Advocate (LL.B. – Faculty of LAW, University of Delhi) and an IPR attorney. He is the founder of Lex Pundits LLP and his main area of expertise is IPR and Corporate law.
Ms. Anuttama Ghose
Assistant Professor of Law at Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri (West Bengal). An LLM with specialization in Intellectual Property Laws from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. An Intellectual Property Law Hons. Graduate from School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar and pursuing Ph.D on Protection of Non Conventional Trademarks. She was previously associated with Mindcrest India Pvt. Ltd., Pune as an Associate Attorney and has several publication in National and International journals to her credit.
