Additional Registrar has notified that on Monday the 23rd March 2020, hearing of matters will take place only in Chief Justice’s Court comprising of Hon’ble the Chief Justice of India, Hon.ble Mr. Justice L. Nageswara Rao and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant at 11 AM.
Thereafter, the bench comprising of Hon’ble the Chief Justice of India and Hon’ble Mr. Justice D.Y. Chandrachud will take up matters through video conferencing as per the list already issued on 21st March 2020.
It was further notified that hearing of matters in Court No. 2 comprising of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Arun Mishra, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Deepak Gupta and Hon’ble Mr. Justice M.R. Shah & Court No. 8 comprising of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Hon’ble Mr. Justice K.M. Joseph and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjiv Khanna & Chamber matters in Court No. 14 by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant will not take place and the same stands adjourned.
