In a relief to disgruntled Congress leader Sachin Pilot and his loyalist MLAs, the Rajasthan High Court on Tuesday asked the Rajasthan legislative assembly speaker not to act on disqualification notices issued by him to the 19 MLAs till July 24.
The high court has fixed 24th July as date for passing order and the hearing before Speaker has also been deferred by Court.
The Rajasthan High Court was hearing a writ petition filed by Sachin Pilot and 18 other dissident Congress MLAs, challenging the disqualification notices issued to them by the state assembly speaker.
The MLAs had moved the court on Friday amid the tussle in the state unit of the Congress, as Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and his now sacked deputy Pilot, remained embroiled in a massive power tussle.
The petition was taken up by a bench of Chief Justice Indrajit Mahanty and Justice Prakash Gupta on Friday and arguments were heard on Tuesday till evening. The court has now reserved order for July 24.

Senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi, appearing for Pilot and the other Congress legislators, concluded arguments for the petitioners.
On Friday, the high court had directed that no action be taken against Sachin Pilot and the other rebel Congress MLAs until Tuesday and had deferred the hearing of their plea challenging the state assembly speaker’s disqualification notices.
